The alumni association will also again host a virtual Panther Prowl for those unable to participate in Milwaukee. After last year’s record-breaking success, the UWM Alumni Association is confident that the worldwide Panther family will once again unite to show support for UWM students by participating in the return of this beloved campus tradition.
Thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends over the past 16 years, the Panther Prowl 5K Run/Walk has raised more than $466,000 for UWM students who continue to need support more than ever before. Participation will help support UWM students while helping the UWM Alumni Association achieve its goal of getting supporters from all 50 states for the second year in a row. Panthers from 37 states and five countries have already shown their support for the Def Panther Prowl-steria-17th Annual Panther Prowl 5K Run/Walk, at 10 a.m. The Panther Prowl is returning to campus for an in-person event this year, and UWM faculty and staff are invited to sign up.
